We use the HERO app for all our communications with parents.
You can download the app to your smart phone via the app store. It's free and available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play - see below for the image.
To ensure you are receiving all communications - school newsletter, class notices, student account information, calendar dates and events, etc, etc...
Download the Hero App - see image below.
Sign in with your email that you have shared with The Terrace School office
Set yourself a new password which will be sent to your email account
Check your email account for your new password.
Log into the App.
When you log into the app the landing page will look like this image below:
Student A and Student B will be your children's names.
Click on their name to see past reports and learning celebrations.
Click on Finance to see your child's student account balance
Term Dates will show you the term dates for the school year
Events links to our school community calendar
You can report an absence via the yellow speech bubble and access our school website by clicking on the image at the bottom.
Using the image in the top right hand corner, you can change your profile
